Hey Alice!
What photo editing softwear are you using? I use Adobe Lightroom and have gotten some presets from here http://johnnabrynnblog.com/?page_id=319

But for the most part I make and create my own recipes.

As far as lighting goes; I occasionally use a canon 580ex II ether mounted on the hot shoe or wireless. When I use it wirelessly I'll sometimes use a shoot through 45" white umbrella. But more the often I only use natural light and wide apertures.
For this post of "Echo" I only used natural light.

Hope that helps :D
