Portrait Saturday

Yesterday I had a very refreshing and enjoyable time with my sister Mo, and friends Katie and Brandon. We went out and just shot some relaxed portraits up at Powell Butte and simply enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather in January. Who would have expected this gorgeous weather in the middle of winter? Afterward, we went to a local concert with the band Fallstar and I shot a few photos. Concert photography is always hit or miss because there are so many more uncontrollable lighting variable. I like doing it just for fun but wouldn't want to do it professionally, I think I'll stick with portraits and weddings for now :) Photos from the concert will soon follow this post.
