Portland Portrait Photographer | Wesley

This is my friend Wesley. He picks banjos, and he does it well. I was at his house the other day and happened to have my camera with me. Wesley is a great friend and a wonderful musician.

Portland Studio Photographer | Recent Stock Photography Portraits

Hey all!
I've been really bad about updating my blog with images from my stock photo shoots. Here's a little bit of background first. In the fall last year I moved my photography business into a studio here in Portland. I mainly use it for stock photo shoots but it also provides a great indoor location for when the weather is poor outside. It's been great so far, and I am really blessed to be here. As far as stock photography goes, I shoot exclusively for iStockphoto.com and buyers go there to purchase royalty free images (which basically means people can use my images for promotional and commercial use).

Some of my biggest inspirations in the stock photography world sell many photos of people, in both a studio setting or in natural places outdoors. I want to do both and feel like it's heading that direction. Shooting stock is fun, because anything sells. It's also a very creative outlet and I find myself often dressing up in costumes and creating characters for myself (as the model). Anyway, enough rambling. Here are some stock shoots I've done since moving into my studio. Here is a link to my iStockphoto portfolio
